This is how I fix mine.... I first make a desperate, but firm, phone call to my genius son - Oh yea, that would be you... If we can't fix it via verizon, then I pack the computer up in a well-padded box, and off to LA LA land it goes - to my genius son (yes, you again). You really are a sweetheart. Too bad that LA female didn't realize it and chose her workout over an evening spent w/ you. Why do LA girls work out anyway... I thought most of their body parts were fake or sucked away........
